You know how when you walk into a doctor’s office it has a smell? And how it makes you feel a bit yuck in your tummy straight away? You know how the doctor doesn’t seem to make eye contact and when you leave you’re not quite sure they would recognise you 10 mins later? At Advanced Health, we are the opposite. From the moment you walk in you will feel like you are coming home. We are your guide on your treatment journey and you will get back to your full life as quick as possible.
we will do a thorough assessment:
We will listen to you!
You are the expert in your arm/hand and you know what is going on and what that means for you better than anyone.
We will learn from you what is going on and then will help out with a few evaluations to diagnose the cause of the problem and to monitor progress.
We will teach you about your condition:
We will explain exactly what you need to know - minus the big, confusing medical words!
We like to draw pictures, write things down, video things and even draw on ourselves to help you understand what is happening.
It is your body and you deserve to know what is happening.
You will leave with a plan:
We will touch base with you outside of your appointments to answer any questions you have.
We will also communicate with your health care team to make sure you get the best outcome possible.
At your initial appointment we will give you a custom treatment plan so that we all know the treatment journey to come.
